BetterForm Programme.

BetterForm Programme Eligibility ​

• Past Player Members are eligible to apply for one of the past player benefits offered through the BetterForm programme.

• Current Player Members are eligible to apply for one of the current player benefits offered through the BetterForm programme.

 

Past Player Member membership fees are as follows: 

• Former male international or domestic players who were contracted as a Current Player Member at any time since 2002 have paid their membership fee via the Master Agreement.

• Former male international or domestic players prior to 2002 – membership fee is $300

• Former female international players who were contracted as a Current Player Member at any time since 2010 have paid their membership fee via the Master Agreement.

• Former female domestic players who were contracted as a Current Player Member at any time since 2018 have paid their membership fee via the Master Agreement.

• Former female international player prior to 2010, or domestic player prior to 2018 – membership fee is $300

 

Past Player Membership ​

New applications to be a Past Player Member can be made by completing the Past Player Membership form.

 

Note: There is an option to have the Past Player Member membership fees paid via the BetterForm programme. Please just select this option on the form below to choose that as your one benefit for this year. ​
